Product warranty period and scope

Thank you for choosing Shangjing Furniture. Before installing and using the furniture, please carefully read the "Installation Manual" and "Furniture Usage and Maintenance Instructions", so that you can have a better user experience. Under the correct assembly and usage conditions, Shangjing Furniture is guaranteed free of charge during the warranty period, which is calculated from the date of shipment from Shangjing Factory:

The overall structure of wooden furniture has a warranty period of three years.

2. The appearance warranty period for wood veneer and solid color paint products is one year (fees will be charged for losses caused by improper use).

3. Software products: The warranty period for the internal frame structure is ten years. For non structural issues, such as the appearance warranty period for soft bags and fabric covers, it is one year, and the leather warranty period is one year

For one year, the warranty period for genuine leather is three years.

4. The hardware accessories of the product (including door hinges, sliding rails, etc.) have a warranty period of one year and a lifetime warranty.

5. Inorganic materials such as rock plate, marble, glass, Terrazzo, quartzite, etc., have a warranty period of three years.

6. Any after-sales issues that exceed the product warranty period or are not included in the warranty scope will be charged based on the actual situation.

7. The final interpretation rights belong to New Song Furniture.
